Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Administrator with hands-on experience in Sage X3, specifically in stock creation and inventory setup, to support our supply chain and operational teams. If you're experienced in using Sage X3 to manage complex inventory structures, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain stock items in Sage X3 with precision and consistency.

Ensure all inventory data is correctly structured, including units of measure, categories, BOMs, and descriptions.

Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, production, and finance teams to streamline inventory setup and maintain data accuracy.

Support audits and stock checks by ensuring clean and traceable data within the Sage X3 system.

Perform administrative duties related to inventory control and data entry.
Requirements

Previous experience working with Sage X3, with a strong focus on stock item creation and inventory modules.
- Grade 12 and a related qualification e.g. accounting or business management.

High attention to detail and confidence handling large data sets and technical product information.

Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.

Organized and efficient approach to managing tasks independently.
