We are seeking Barbers to deliver premium grooming services and build a loyal clientele. The ideal candidate combines master-level craft with a proactive approach to retail and shop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Service Delivery

- Provide professional barbering services, including haircuts, fades, beard trimming, and shaving 

- Deliver consistent, high-quality results aligned with brand and service standards 

- Maintain precision, attention to detail, and hygiene in all services 

2. Client Experience & Relationship Building

- Conduct client consultations to understand grooming preferences and needs 

- Build and maintain strong client relationships 

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat bookings 

3. Retail & Revenue Contribution

- Recommend and sell grooming products aligned with client needs 

- Support achievement of individual revenue targets 

- Contribute to increasing average client spend through professional consultation 

4. Standards & Operations

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the workstation 

- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and prepared 

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service protocols 

- Support smooth daily operations and team coordination 

• 3–10 years of experience
• Strong technical barbering skills
• Attention to detail
• A consistent commitment to delivering high-quality grooming services.

Performance Expectation:

The Barber is expected to perform with a high level of professionalism, reliability, and client focus. Performance will be evaluated based on service quality, client satisfaction, and contribution to revenue and KPI targets.
