Description
▪ Manage performance of credit controllers in centralized office, ensuring that the short and long term operational requirements are achieved
▪ Managed Bad Debt Function
▪ Monitored customer credit limits and blocked orders
▪ Service Provider – Provision of timeous, quality and accurate follow-up on queries with company benchmarks
▪ Reconciliation of Debtor Accounts on a monthly Basis
▪ Collection of outstanding monies
▪ Adherence to company policies and procedures
▪ Apply credit management principles to ensure risk to CCNBC is minimized
▪ General Credit Management for CCNBC
▪ Liaison between Finance and Market Execution through regular meetings
▪ Managed staff
▪ Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts
▪ Provision of monthly financial reports pertaining to debtors
▪ Provision of financial information and advice as and when required.
Requirements
- Advanced Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Dynamics experience essential
▪ Have strong communication skills
▪ Be Customer service orientated & a Strong team player
▪ Conflict management
▪ Be able to work under pressure
▪ Highly motivated and committed
▪ High level of innovation
▪ Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous
▪ Strong Financial background is essential
▪ Tertiary qualification in credit management will be an added advantage
