Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Telephone Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both German and English, along with a friendly and professional demeanor. As a Telephone Operator, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing callers according to provided instructions, and ensuring accurate message delivery to our German clients. Additionally, you will provide information and assistance in accordance with client guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Direct calls according to instructions outlined in the client portal.
- Receive and deliver messages to German clients accurately and efficiently.
- Log all calls and messages in the client portal as per guidelines.
- Provide information to callers based on instructions provided (CCF).
- Familiarize yourself with the telephone operator system and office software.
- Assist in reporting telephone equipment defects or service complaints.
- Maintain composure and apply active listening skills in accordance with telephone etiquette.
- Uphold a polite and courteous demeanor while speaking clearly and distinctly.
- Open and close telephone functionality on office software as required.
- Apply conflict resolution techniques when necessary.
- Attend meetings as required.
Requirements
Experience:
- Previous client service experience desired.
Requirements:
- At least Grade 12 certificate.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Call Center Frontend.
- Namibian Citizen.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- Well-groomed, friendly and always professional demeanor.
