Logistics Officer

Are you ready to play a vital role in the logistics operations of a fast-paced mining environment? We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Logistics Officer to join our team at a remote mining site. If you have a background in supply chain and thrive in operational environments, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics activities

• Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from the mining site

• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records

• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

• Compile logistics reports and maintain up-to-date data in Excel and ERP systems

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 2–3 years experience in the mining industry (logistics or supply chain roles preferred)

• Valid Driver’s License

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with an ERP system will be a distinct advantage

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a remote and physically demanding environment
