Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process.
- Recruit junior, senior and specialized positions.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment records.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Branch Manager.
- Collaborate with HR team members.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software.
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Tertiary education in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years experience
