Description
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our executives and team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, travel arrangements, internal systems and documentation while ensuring efficiency and confidentiality in all responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Manage and distribute ticket and AOD books, including system loading and couriering to branches.
- Maintain and update data on the APSUAT system across Namibia, Botswana and Zambia, including client info, staff profiles, orders and vehicle records.
- Oversee SIM control and airtime system, ensuring employees are correctly set up and funded.
- Organize and maintain employee and client documentation, order staff equipment, and handle ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Strong admin, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Teams
- Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and system management
- Discreet and able to handle sensitive information
