Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to capture and process daily and weekly data for the APS head office as well as our wages department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture information on APSUAT provided by our client team leaders daily
- Sent out tickets to the outside town on a daily basis
- Handle all timesheets and make sure they are up to date
- Process all employee timesheets weekly
- Responsible for capturing leave forms for temporary employees
- Assist with all client queries
- Assist with candidate payment queries
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Strong administration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge in APSUAT will be an added advantage

- Technical proficiency with office software
- Flexible and adaptable under pressure
