Description
Key Responsibilities
Off-Loading Coordination
-
Booking off-loaders at the trucks to assist with customer stock off-loading.

Ensuring the correct invoices are placed in the corresponding trucks before drivers depart from the depot.

Conducting truck inspections before departure.

Assisting team leaders by allocating off-loaders for stock off-loading as required.
Driver & Shift Coordination

Coordinating staff transport schedules to ensure drivers operate according to pick-up and drop-off schedules.

Allocating drivers for daily duties, including transport within and outside town.

Communicating daily driver and off-loader allocations via the designated WhatsApp group, specifying the number of off-loaders per allocation.
Administrative Support (Windhoek Operations)

Issuing transport tickets in line with daily allocations, ensuring all information is accurate before submitting for processing and e-wallet payments.

Assisting employees with leave forms and general administrative queries.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- First Aid Training (valid certificate)
- Forklift Driver Training (valid license/certificate)
- Previous experience in operations or a similar environment
