Foreman – Mechanical and Electrical

We are looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical installations on site, ensuring work is done safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily M&E activities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems).

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Assign tasks and monitor team progress.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to solve issues.

• Maintain work records and report progress.

• Assist in testing and commissioning.

• Manage material and equipment needs.

• Trade Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

• 10-15 years supervisory experience in M&E or construction.

• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and safety regulations.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

Contract Duration: 18 months
