Truck Warehouse Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Truck Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the workshop by managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and high morale.
• Operations Oversight: Plan, schedule, and monitor daily workshop activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Resource Management: Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, and materials required for efficient operations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Customer Service: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Monitor expenses, manage budgets, and optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including job progress, inventory, and staff performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in workshop management or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to the workshop's industry (large trucks).
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using workshop management software and tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Chinese trucks and truck parts will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering & Business Management).
• Certifications in workshop operations or safety management.
• 5 years' experience as a warehouse manager.
• 5 years' experience as a mechanic in Chinese trucks will be an added advantage.

Work Environment
This role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced workshop environment. The Workshop Manager must be comfortable with hands-on problem-solving and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
