Description
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service and support in German, assisting clients with inquiries, bookings, and concerns. The position plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience across the organization's services.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the prompt and efficient handling of incoming calls, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.

Guarantee that all work consistently meets high-quality standards, including Error Ratio, and established procedures.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and procedures.

Possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant markets.

Handle flight reservation bookings, re-bookings, and re-routings efficiently and accurately, ensuring smooth changes to customer travel plans.

Provide customers with direct sales options and process all transactions accurately.

Deliver appropriate and relevant services to customers based on market and service requirements, adhering rigorously to all relevant processes, rules, and regulations, including data protection guidelines.

Seek a complete understanding of client and customer requirements to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate and proficient computer literacy.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

C1 level proficiency in German (required).

Fluent in both German and English.

Namibian citizen, permanent resident, or domicile status.

Conducive home office environment.

Access to ground fiber internet with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Willingness to work shifts in compliance with Namibian Labor Law.
