Junior Technical Officer

Technical Support

• Strong Technical aptitude in areas like drones.
• Support senior technical staff in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Strong analytical and problem, solving skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical.

Project Assistance

• Help coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and technical deliverables.
• Provide administrative and logistical support during project implementation.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and operations staff to ensure project goals are met.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and solutions.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate technical records, reports, and checklists.
• Assist in preparing documentation for project updates, compliance, and safety checks.

Learning & Development

• Stay updated on trends and developments in drone technology and related fields.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to build technical skills. 

Safety & Compliance

• Follow established safety procedures and assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in drone operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• 1–2 years of experience in a technical or support role (internships or project experience also considered)
• Interest in drone technology, robotics, or emerging tech
• Basic understanding of technical systems and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Valid Driver’s License
