Waiter

Requirements: 

• Welcome guests warmly, confidently and with a smile.
• Accurately take food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Serve drinks and dishes promptly while paying attention to detail and timing.
• maintain spotless tables and perfect setups.
• assist with menu recommendations and promote deserts, specials and drinks.
• Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
• Support team during busy periods with flexible and positive energy. 

Additional contributions:

• Bar preparation ( restocking, cleaning)
• Checking menu and table setup before and during service.

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar role as a waiter/Bar tender.
• excellent communication skills and a team oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English, Afrikaans and any local languages is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with computers and POS systems.
• Composed under pressure, friendly to guests and supportive to coworkers.
