7. Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs Undertaking complex calculations
8. Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractor
9. k) Compiling job specifications and supervising tendering procedures D Resolving design and development problems

2. n) Scheduling material and equipment purchase and deliveries
3. o) Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
4. p) Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
5. q) Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
6. r) Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
7. s) Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
8. t) Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.

1. b) Registration/Licensure as a professional engineer is a MUST.
2. c) A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
3. d) Excellent Knowledge project management software and design software, such as Primavera Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation is a MUST
4. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
5. a) Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.
6. b) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
7. c) Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
8. d) Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
9. e) Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time
