About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to manage and oversee all human resources functions at our mining site. This is a fixed-term position that requires a strategic, hands-on HR professional capable of driving labor relations, talent management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all human resources functions for the company.

Coordinate and handle labor relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and team building.

Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters.

Collaborate across departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
