Description
- Leave management
- Time and attendance management
- Training management (co ordinating training for departments, submission to VET for rebates on existing training)
- Performance evaluation management with departments, ensuring departments complete on time
- Employee file management, must be maintained electronically and hard copy
- AA report drafting and submission
- Obtaining Good standing certificates for social security, PAYE etc.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an HR role

Sound knowledge of labour legislation

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
