Description
- Act as the primary point of contact between key clients and the organisation, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Manage and resolve client queries, concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending suitable products and services.
- Present new products, services, and strategic solutions to existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity and client developments to support informed business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with management on new business pitches, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Grade 12
- Good computer skills (All programmes are web-based).
- Strong sales, negotiation and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and market analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes accounts simultaneously.
- Administrative skills for quotations and client contract management.
