Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact between key clients and the organisation, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Manage and resolve client queries, concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Present new products, services, and strategic solutions to existing and prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity and client developments to support informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with management on new business pitches, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Grade 12
  • Good computer skills (All programmes are web-based).
  • Strong sales, negotiation and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and market analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes accounts simultaneously.
  • Administrative skills for quotations and client contract management.
