Description
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join a dynamic construction team. The role includes overseeing contractual matters across multiple projects, managing variations and claims, and supporting effective cost and risk control. The Contract Manager will liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, applying strong communication and negotiation skills to resolve issues and protect the company’s commercial interests.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer construction contracts in accordance with GCC and FIDIC conditions.
- Oversee contractual matters across multiple building projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare, review, and manage variations, claims, and other contractual documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve contractual issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and risks, providing timely advice to the Project Manager and senior management.
- Negotiate contract terms, variations, and claims to protect the company’s commercial interests.
- Provide guidance and support to site teams regarding contractual obligations and procedures.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
Contract & Employment Details
- The minimum contract period is one (1) year.
- Alternatively, at the employee’s request, a project-based contract may be offered, valid until project completion.
- Subject to satisfactory performance, employees may be retained and deployed to other projects upon contract completion

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in a construction-related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in a professional Contract Manager role.
- Familiar with GCC and FIDIC contract conditions.
- Proven experience in at least two (2) building construction projects.
