7 Waiters

We are seeking 7 professional and service-oriented Waiters to join our hospitality team for the month of April 2026. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and prepare tables according to lodge standards

• Take accurate food and beverage orders

• Provide knowledgeable wine service and explain wine differentiation

• Recommend appropriate accompaniments, particularly for steak dishes

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Maintain a friendly, professional, and well-mannered demeanor

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter in a lodge, hotel, or restaurant environment

• Knowledge of wine service and food pairing

• Strong communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills

Additional Requirement:

• Successful candidates must be willing to stay at the lodge for the duration of the contract.
