Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver high-quality culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu planning and development

  • Stock control and ordering

  • Food portioning and quality control

  • Accurate menu costing

  • Development of daily/seasonal specials

  • Overall kitchen management and supervision

 

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a lodge, hotel, or restaurant

  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills

  • Knowledge of food costing and stock management

  • Ability to maintain high hygiene and food safety standards

  • Creative and detail-oriented approach to menu development
