Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver high-quality culinary experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Menu planning and development

Stock control and ordering

Food portioning and quality control

Accurate menu costing

Development of daily/seasonal specials

Overall kitchen management and supervision
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a lodge, hotel, or restaurant

Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
-
Knowledge of food costing and stock management
-
Ability to maintain high hygiene and food safety standards

Creative and detail-oriented approach to menu development
