Description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant/Secretary to support our client and help keep their operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Writing/Capturing reports on system 
  • Marketing of listing via system 
  • Answer/Reply to email enquiries and phone calls.
  • Basic record keeping and organizing of client files
  • Basic bookkeeping and payroll
  • Arranging/ Organizing diary
  • Send reports to clients 

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Bilingual - Afrikaans and English
  • Good understanding of business/SME market 
  • Friendly and go-getter
  • Trustworthy
