Description
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide administrative support to the SHE department.
-
Maintain and update SHE documentation, reports, and records.
-
Assist with incident reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and incident investigation documentation.

Track safety statistics and assist with compiling SHE reports and presentations.
-
Support the coordination of safety meetings, audits, inspections, and training sessions.
-
Ensure SHE documentation is compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

Monitor and track corrective and preventative actions following incidents or audits.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 (Matric).
-
A qualification in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE), Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field will be advantageous.

Experience in a SHE administrative or safety-related role will be beneficial.

Knowledge or exposure to SHE Representative functions, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Incident Investigation would be highly advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (essential).

Strong organisational and administrative skills.
