Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the SHE department.

  • Maintain and update SHE documentation, reports, and records.

  • Assist with incident reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and incident investigation documentation.

  • Track safety statistics and assist with compiling SHE reports and presentations.

  • Support the coordination of safety meetings, audits, inspections, and training sessions.

  • Ensure SHE documentation is compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Monitor and track corrective and preventative actions following incidents or audits.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).

  • A qualification in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE), Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field will be advantageous.

  • Experience in a SHE administrative or safety-related role will be beneficial.

  • Knowledge or exposure to SHE Representative functions, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Incident Investigation would be highly advantageous.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (essential).

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
