Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team in the telecommunications construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with cell tower construction, civil works, fiber optic networks, and cellular communications equipment installations.

Work environment: Whole of Namibia. Our teams work extended periods out in the field – where they camp on site.

• Minimum: Grade 12 (No tertiary education required)
• Civil work qualifications will be an advantage
• Experience in telecommunications systems and civil works
• Valid driver’s license required; truck license is an advantage

Key Skills:

• Practical, hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and civil fields
• Ability to handle stress and work in challenging environments
• Strong team player with the ability to follow instructions
• Leadership and people management skills
• Adaptability to work in remote field locations across Namibia
