Description

The person in this position would be responsible for:

  • Telephone duties
  • Reception
  • Printing, updating, filing of booking forms
  • Preparation of all rental contracts, client files
  • Assisting clients, taking payments
  • Sending all client information to Johannesburg Office
  • Updating client information on a daily basis
  • Preparing, monitoring and updating monthly white boards
  • Handling client queries/problems together with the Operations Manager
  • Preparing weekly speed point payments received forms
  • Issuing of orders for suppliers
  • Monitoring of emails, correspondence and timeous responses

Requirements

Qualifications/skills required:

  • Minimum Senior Certificate
  • German speaking (preferable)
  • Computer Literate (emails, excel, word)
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Ability to function well in a team and under pressure
  • Good people and communication skills
  • Previous experience in tourism industry advantageous
  • Driver’s licence (advantage)

Official Working Hours:

  • Mon-Fri 08h00 – 17h00
  • Sat 08h00-13h00 (every alternative weekend)

Additional Comments/Preferences:

  • Must be available to work on ALL public holidays
