Description

Our client are seeking a Senior Diesel Mechanic with 10+ years of experience (3+ in a supervisory role) to manage a heavy tourism fleet. This role requires a leader capable of maintaining vehicle reliability in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise workshop staff and oversee all diagnostics and repairs.
  • Manage preventative maintenance for safari and transfer vehicles.
  • Ensure fleet readiness to meet demanding tourism schedules.

Requirements

  • 3-year Diesel Mechanic qualification; Auto-electrician/Technician experience is an advantage.
  • Deep expertise in Toyota diesel engines (Land Cruiser, Hilux).
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the trade with proven leadership/workshop management skills.

Hours:

  • Monday–Friday (08h00–17h00) and Sat (08h00–13h00).
  • Must be prepared to work on Public Holidays and Sundays based on client needs.
