Our client is looking for a dedicated Salon Assistant who embodies our "client-first" philosophy. In this role, you are the backbone of the salon floor, responsible for delivering a luxurious shampoo experience while providing essential technical support to our stylists, barbers, and beauticians You will ensure our premium brand standards are met through meticulous attention to salon cleanliness and proactive guest care.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevated Shampoo Service: Provide a relaxing, high-end hair washing experience, including scalp treatments and massages.
• Technical Assistance: Assist stylists with hair colouring preparation, application support, and ensuring all tools are ready for service.
• Salon Maintenance: Oversee the constant neatness of the salon; manage laundry (towels and capes) to ensure a steady supply of fresh linens and always maintain an immaculate environment.
• Customer-Centric Care: Anticipate guest needs with a proactive attitude, ensuring every client feels prioritized and pampered throughout their visit.

• Industry Experience: Proven experience working within a hair salon environment is essential.
• Technical Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of hair colouring processes and a solid understanding of how to effectively assist professional hairdressers.
