Senior Recruiter (Oil & Gas Division)

Do you have a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas landscape? We are expanding our team and need a Senior Recruiter who focuses solely on this niche market. You won't just be filling seats; you will be building a technical talent pipeline where data integrity and industry knowledge are paramount.

What We Are Looking For:

• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep insight into the various mandates and requirements for different roles within the Oil & Gas sector. You must ensure all candidates meet specific industry certifications and safety regulations.
• Data Discipline: A commitment to maintaining an up-to-date database. Your ability to organize and refresh candidate data is critical to our speed-to-market.
• Candidate Coaching: You will guide shortlisted candidates on how to demonstrate their value and technical proficiency during interviews, ensuring they are fully prepared to present their skills to clients.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Oil & Gas offshore recruitment.
• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant industry field.
• Certification Expertise: Expert knowledge of mandatory offshore certifications is essential, specifically:
• OPITO Standards: Understanding the OPITO global standards for offshore safety and training.
  BOSIET: Experience verifying Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) certifications, including those with CA-EBS.
  STCW: Familiarity with the Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) for maritime-based roles.
• Compliance: Ability to manage BOSIET/STCW conversions and verify valid medical certificates required for offshore operations.
