The Recruitment Administrator provides essential day-to-day support to the recruitment team by handling complex administrative workflows. This role is the backbone of the "engine room," ensuring data integrity within the candidate database and maintaining high compliance standards for specialized sectors like Oil & Gas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management & Cleaning: Take primary responsibility for auditing and updating the candidate database. This involves cleansing old data, correctly categorizing candidates, and ensuring "speed-to-market" by having a ready pool of verified talent.
  • Recruitment Support: Manage the administrative cycle of a vacancy, including posting job adverts across various platforms (LinkedIn, Pnet, etc.), professional CV formatting, and coordinating high-volume interview schedules across different time zones.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Act as a secondary check for industry-specific documentation. You will assist in collecting and verifying essential offshore certificates, such as OPITO, BOSIET, and STCW, ensuring all files are audit-ready.
  • Workflow Optimization: Assist in streamlining office procedures and maintaining accurate trackers for candidate statuses and recruitment metrics.
  • Candidate Experience: Serve as a key point of contact for candidate queries, guiding them through the onboarding paperwork and ensuring a professional representation of the brand.
