Description
- Maintain high housekeeping and food safety standards at all times
- Keep scales clean, tidy, and in good working condition
- Verify scales before every operating session
- Read and interpret production documents accurately
- Label chicken products correctly according to company standards
- Ensure accurate completion of all documents in line with SOPs and work instructions
- Ensure products are labelled correctly and consistently
Requirements
- Grade 10 (NQF Level 2)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Scale Operator
- Proficient in English; bilingualism will be an added advantage
- Computer literate
- Namibian citizen
