Quality Assurance -Trainee Monitor

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Monitor – Quality Assurance (Q&A) in the poultry processing environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) with strong numerical skills.
• Namibian citizen.
• Proficient in English; bilingualism will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in poultry processing and/or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of processing plant hygiene practices.
• PME qualification will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be willing and able to work shifts, weekends, overtime, and public holidays.

• Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards within the processing plant.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety procedures.
• Record and report quality-related findings accurately.
• Assist with implementing corrective actions where required.
