Description

Job Purpose:

To support the smooth running of all operational activities in the Otjiwarongo   area, including administrative tasks, field and trade visits, staff supervision, and logistics coordination. The role includes responsibility for recruitment, training, inventory, and system updates, with regular travel required within the region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and submit loading tickets and inventory tickets.
  • Complete and submit weekly timesheets for all relevant staff.
  • Assist with recruitment and training of new staff (merchandisers and offloaders).
  • Conduct and oversee stock takes as required.
  • Travel to Otjiwarongo Outjo -Khorixhas -Kamanjab -to support operational needs.
  • Manage merchandising groups and conduct regular field and trade visits.
  • Supervise and support merchandisers and offloaders in the region.
  • Handle PPE orders and ensure staff are equipped with required safety gear.
  • Prepare and submit information for the pay run process.
  • Load and maintain staff details on the  system.
  • Execute all general operational and supervisory duties in Otjiwarongo Outjo -Khorixhas -Kamanjab --areas.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license (must be willing and able to travel frequently).
  • Experience in operations, merchandising, or logistics.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with staff systems (e.g., Apsuaté) and reporting processes.
  • Ability to lead teams and work independently across multiple sites.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
