Bartender

We are looking for young, energetic and customer-focused Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidates must have a passion for mixology, excellent people skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with company standards.

• Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and flair.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

• Manage bar stock, including restocking and monitoring inventory levels.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred.

• Grade 10 or Grade 12 certificate is required.

• Knowledge of popular cocktails, beverages, and bar equipment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
