Bitumen Distributor Operator (Road Construction )

We’re Hiring: Bitumen Distributor Operator

Are you an experienced Bitumen Distributor Operator ready to hit the ground running? We are looking for a skilled and reliable operator with at least 5 years of experience in road construction to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bitumen distributor truck safely and efficiently

• Spray hot bitumen evenly across surfaces in preparation for asphalt laying

• Conduct pr-operation inspections and basic equipment maintenance

• Monitor temperature and pressure levels during operation

• Communicate with paving crew to ensure smooth workflow

• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines on site

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience operating bitumen distributor and related road machinery

• Strong knowledge of bitumen types and safe handling procedures

• Proficiency in spraying techniques and reading road surface conditions

• Ability to read and interpret work orders, plans, and site instructions

• Effective team communication skills

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting capabilities

Certifications & Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (heavy vehicle license preferred)

• Construction safety certification (e.g., OSHA, CSCS, or local equivalent)
