Description
We are looking for Business Developers (for our Central and Coastal branches) to help drive our company’s growth and expand our client base. As the face of our organization, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with other companies while supporting the Head of Sales and Marketing in executing powerful sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Identify and research potential clients
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective client.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Revenue Growth:
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and their executives
- Track and report on the status of proposals submitted
- Prepare and submit Sales quotations and agreements
- Drive revenue growth through consistent follow up of submissions of proposals and quotations.
- Maximise income through correct pricing for the company and value creation for the client.
Implementation and compliance:
- Ensure that all implementation and hand over documentation are completed in accordance with ISO9001:2015 requirements
- Monitor and implement the sales handover process together with operations to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Keep record of all clients successfully onboarded
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- Grade 12
- 5 years working experience in a sales or similar environment
- Driver’s License
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proven working experience as a business developer, sales executive or relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Available to travel
