Description
We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Talent Acquisition Business Development Lead to help grow our Talent Acquisition department. This role will focus on bringing in new clients and job positions while building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and be skilled at networking and generating business.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to bring in new recruitment opportunities.
- Build and close new business deals to increase the department's client base.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing recruitment needs.
- Regularly communicate with clients to identify new positions and opportunities.
Sales & Marketing:
- Promote the department’s services to prospective clients through effective sales tactics.
- Create sales materials and presentations to win new clients.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align on client needs and ensure successful placements.
Tracking & Reporting:
- Track new business wins and client engagement, reporting performance to senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Passed)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of recruitment or staffing is a plus.
