We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Chartered Accountant to join our finance team on a fixed-term contract, providing critical financial oversight and ensuring compliance with industry and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial operations of the cement plant.
• Prepare, review, and present accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with Namibian tax laws, IFRS standards, and internal policies.
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support operational efficiency.
• Manage internal controls and financial risk assessments.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making for plant operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, registered with ICAN.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-articles experience, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of Namibian tax regulations and IFRS.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
