Description

This position will be responsible for growing the Chemical Division through building strong customer relationships and being sales & service driven.

Performance Indicators:
• Increase sales volumes and gross profit of the chemical division in Namibia
• Maintain and build customer relationships with existing and new Chemical clients
• Daily CRM sales reporting
• Sending of monthly price lists to customer
• Collection of Market Intelligence:
- Understanding your competitors
- Competitor pricing
- New players in the market
- Market share
• Interdepartmental Liaison
• Strong technical and product knowledge

Requirements

Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
• Must have between 5 and 7 years experience within a sales and marketing environment
• Must have extensive knowledge of chemical components (products)
• Have thorough knowledge of sales techniques
• Have considerable experience with customer relationship management
• Ability to work independently
• Familiar with Industry regulations and requirements
