Description
- Operate the compact roller safely and efficiently according to site requirements.
- Compact soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials to required specifications.
- Follow instructions from Supervisors, Foremen, Surveyors, and Site Management.
- Ensure proper rolling patterns and compaction standards are maintained.
- Monitor surface conditions and report unsuitable ground conditions.
- Avoid damage to underground services, structures, and equipment.
- Maintain safe operating speeds and safe working distances.
Requirements
- Code CE drivers license, Experience in Heavy Equipment operator
- Valid operating competency certificate or license for compact roller.
- Knowledge of compaction procedures and road construction activities.
- Ability to work shifts and overtime.
- Good understanding of site safety requirements.
- Physically fit and medically fit for site work
