Construction Foreman

We are looking for a Construction Foreman to be based in Swakopmund. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and team schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Qualification and other requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• A valid drivers license is a MUST.
