Creditors Clerk

A well-established company is seeking a Creditors Clerk with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. If you are detail-oriented, organize and passionate about numbers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and statements
• Ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers
• Resolving supplier queries and discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate creditor recor
• Preparing monthly creditor reports
• Assisting with month-end closing processes

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric (Passed)
• 3 to 5 years proven experience in a similar creditors/accounts payable role
• Strong knowledge of supplier reconciliations and payment processes
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience working with accounting software (e.g. Preferrable Pastel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
