Customs Clerk / Runner

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in a similar role within logistics administration  or customs  or freight forwarding.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
• Understanding of NamRA procedures, customs laws
• Proficiency in the ASYCUDA World system is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate or grade 11 certificate new curriculum
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, Customs , or related field.

Experience 

• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Be able to handle and manage documentation with logistics stakeholders
• Deliver documents for endorsement and drive between various locations as required
• The ideal candidate must be familiar with the relevant customs offices & procedures.
