Director of Coaching

APS Cricket invites applicants with qualifications and experience for the role of Director of Cricket and Head Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for all the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of all cricket related activities within the organization, with long-term player succession and long-term player success. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all cricket development programs and coaching staff.
• Design and implement elite training systems in line with global best practices.
• Drive talent identification, development and performance monitoring.
• Foster a professional, disciplined and result-driven team culture.

• 5 years of proven experience in a high-performance coaching environment.
• CSA LEVEL 3 (or the equivalent).
• A valid police clearance certificate.
• A valid Driver's license an added advantage.
