Description
We are seeking a powerhouse Divisional Manager to build and lead a core division from the ground up. This is not a "maintenance" or "custodial" management role. You will be responsible for the operational, administrative, and technical architecture of a business unit where success is defined by production, not just presence. We are not looking for industry-specific experience (the pool industry is not required). We are looking for an expert in service delivery, production management, and team accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Build-Out: Establish and refine service delivery systems and production workflows.
- Performance Leadership: Manage team accountability through rigorous KPI tracking and performance controls.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain high organizational standards to ensure the unit runs lean and error-free.
- Outcome Management: Monitor daily production metrics to ensure the "product" (completed, high-value service) is delivered consistently.
- System Implementation: Identify bottlenecks and implement structural solutions to sustain long-term growth.
Requirements
- Proven Operator: You have a demonstrated track record of success in a service-based environment.
- Systems Architect: A proven ability to implement structure, organizational systems, and performance controls.
- KPI-Driven Mindset: You are comfortable being measured on outcomes and production. You thrive in a high-accountability environment.
- Problem Solver: You can point to a specific underperforming operation that you personally improved and quantified.
- Verifiable Evidence: You must have written references and data that confirm the measurable results you have claimed in previous roles.
