Description

Our client is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to support the company’s sales and distribution activities across Namibia. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales execution, expanding product distribution, and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution

  • Execute the company’s sales strategy within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure consistent product availability in retail outlets and wholesale markets.

Customer Development

  • Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Identify and onboard new customers to expand distribution.
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.

Retail & Trade Execution

  • Ensure proper product placement and visibility in stores.
  • Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activity.

Market Expansion

  • Identify new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Expand the company’s presence in new towns and retail outlets.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing trade partners.

Sales Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities.
  • Submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
  • Track orders and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in FMCG, food distribution, or retail sales.
  • Experience working with wholesalers, distributors, or retail stores is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Namibian retail and wholesale market is preferred.
