Human Resource Manager – Contract Basis

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in the construction sector on a 1-year contract basis.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably within the construction environment.

• Relevant HR qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field).

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour legislation, and employee relations.

• Proven ability to manage recruitment, performance management, training, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work on a fixed-term contract.
