Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Human Resources and Risk Officer on behalf of our client, a well-established and trusted name in the money exchange sector. This dual role position requires a professional who can manage both human resources operations and risk management functions.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Administer the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding).
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and financial regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR systems and payroll documentation.
  • Handle employee relations matters.
  • Coordinate staff training and development.

Risk Management:

  • Identify, assess and monitor operational and compliance risks within the organisation.
  • Support the development and implementation of risk strategies.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits reporting findings to senior management.
  • Monitor and report on incidents breaches and suspicious activities in line with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources ,Business Administration, Risk Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the HR or Risk role.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Suite
  • A valid drivers license is an added advantage.
