Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Human Resources and Risk Officer on behalf of our client, a well-established and trusted name in the money exchange sector. This dual role position requires a professional who can manage both human resources operations and risk management functions.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Administer the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding).
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and financial regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems and payroll documentation.
- Handle employee relations matters.
- Coordinate staff training and development.
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess and monitor operational and compliance risks within the organisation.
- Support the development and implementation of risk strategies.
- Assist in conducting internal audits reporting findings to senior management.
- Monitor and report on incidents breaches and suspicious activities in line with regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources ,Business Administration, Risk Management or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the HR or Risk role.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Suite
- A valid drivers license is an added advantage.
