Description
- Providing friendly and clear customer service.
- Troubleshooting end user issues over the phone and write down fault findings.
- Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment and machines.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent question.
- Perform routine diagnostic tests and report any fault findings to senior technicians.
- Adhere and comply with national and international safety standards and protocols.
- Be energetic and a fast learner to succeed in on-the-job training.
- Ensure the maintenance on tools and equipment in the workshop remains in good working order.
- Ability to learn quickly, and dig into questions to help improve procedures, learn and present new items, and build the team as you learn.
- Be able to work flexible hours if/when needed.
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant experience (relevant internships or projects can be counted toward this goal)
- Grade 12 NSSCO/NSSCAS certificate (PASS)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word,Excel,Power Point,Outlook etc.)
- Be fluent in English and Afrikaans, additional local languages will be advantages.
