Kitchen Sculler

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Sculler to join our back-of-house team. The Kitchen Sculler plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and ensuring all kitchen areas are hygienic and orderly. This is a great entry-level position for someone interested in working in the hospitality industry and being part of a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of the scullery area, floors, bins, and work surfaces
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Assist with basic food prep or deliveries if required
• Empty trash bins and assist with kitchen waste management
• Report any damaged equipment or hazards to the supervisor
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring clean items are readily available
• Follow all hygiene and health & safety regulations

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices in a kitchen environment
