Description

TeSik Decking is a pre-cast manufacturing company based in Swakopmund, Namibia, specializing in the production, supply, and installation of patented prefabricated reinforced concrete shuttering elements and recently a brick manufacturing facility at Ongos Valley, Windhoek.

The Leads Manager is responsible for acquisition of new customers, selling to existing customers, and creating a market brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support overall sales and marketing efforts.
  • Identify and establish new business connections and organize site visits.
  • Confidently assist with the preparation of proposals and the presentation of TeSik Group products via Zoom, face-to-face meetings or hard copy.
  • Develop and manage communication with the TeSik Group client database.
  • Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into solid sales opportunities.
  • Proactively identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
  • Assess and analyse a prospect’s current processes and requirements.
  • Provide engaging and articulate information about TeSik Group’s value proposition to potential clients.
  • Maintain well-organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in the Specifying Dynamics database.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of TeSik Group’s products and services to support the sales process.
  • Understand how the benefits of TeSik Group’s products and services can meet clients’ needs across various business verticals.
  • Represent TeSik Group at corporate events and sales meetings, independently or with colleagues.
  • Prepare social media posts for public holidays and special days (e.g. New Year, Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.).

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years’ sales and marketing experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with a CRM system.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Canva or Adobe.
  • Good understanding of social media and basic web design.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is essential.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Skills:

  • Proficient understanding of construction and manufacturing practices related to buildings and pre-cast systems;
  • Strong awareness of workplace hazards and adherence to safety practices;
  • Proven ability to manage a team effectively and maintain productivity;
  • Capable of diagnosing defects in products and determining effective solutions;
  • Ability to maintain organized records and prepare comprehensive reports;
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders;
  • A drive to learn continuously and enhance organizational processes.
